UA welcomes education and innovation ties with Israel

Universities Australia Chief Executive Belinda Robinson welcomed the commitment by leaders of Australia and Israel to strengthen ties in education and innovation.

“We see strong potential for wider exchanges of teachers, researchers and entrepreneurs between Australia and Israel,” she said.

“Both nations are global research leaders and – as we know – collaborations across national borders is increasingly important to major advances and breakthroughs.”

“We look forward to discussions with Government on how we might build on existing ties to extend prosperity and the work of researchers and innovators in both nations.”
